Only if you're getting in the water. I wore my one piece with Nike shorts over it. And brought a shirt with me to put on for park play once we were done.
I have been stopped from going in and told you can only go in with swim wear and my kids have been told they cannot wear t shirt size over their clothes they tried to make them take off their swim shirt I had to argue it was swim suit material
