Are you asking about gluten? That's a wheat protein, obviously it wouldn't be in their meat or poultry. Maybe you're asking if any of the marinades or sauces contain gluten? You'd have to call and ask as I doubt anyone would know the ingredient contents of what they use. But their food is DELISH!
Every glutton likes pigs with oversized glutes. What kind of ridiculous question is this? Gluten is a protein in wheat. Who puts wheat in their meat?
I don't believe so Marci but a quick phone call to them would work. They were very accommodating when our group visited.
