Terrible customer service. I had to reschedule my delivery to install four times. Once they said they had transportation problem then they just canceled it for no reason. Then they canceled again because for no reason again. Now this time they say in the product was out of stock and they had a reschedule but I had purchased it and the lady that took it had it in her hand. So how can it be out of stock if I purchased it and they had it in their hand? They're supposed to deliver what was purchased. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Will not use Best buy anymore

Was just in the Springfield Ohio store and couldn't find anyone to help me. Two different employees walked right by me. One of them said it would want their department another one was helping someone. 3 women were standing around arguing about something and didn't offer me any help. First time going to a Best Buy and I'll never go back.

Yes Best Buy recycles many different things. You just bring them to the store during business hours. Go on their website to see what all the take and I do know TVs n monitors are a $25 each recycle fee.
Because they are open into the evening is my best guess.

I actually really appreciate the service here because they attend to the customer in front of them and not the customers on the phone. However I do agree that there should be a balance.
They do not have any service to do either but they do sell software to convert VHS and other analog sources to digital, you just need the hardware to play them back.
This is probably something you should call the store on directly and either speak with the mobile department or the Geek Squad.
