If you walk all the way to the lake and back to the parking lot it's almost exactly 2 miles round trip.
About 3 miles of trails. Allow about 1.5 hours.
You can make it somewhat longer and more varied by doing a sort of loop around the outside of the trail system. Or if you only have time to go to the view, it's probably under half a mile each way. Yesterday walking through the trees not long after sunrise was my favorite part.
