Pretty sure John was referring to calls placed to the store, not Google. Don't know if you got past the switch board but, you might want to select some random department and them to switch you over.
I do not care for this store i usually make the trek to Annapolis instead. The staff here are clueless. And trying to get a price match is like going to the dentist for a root canal without anesthesia
Thanks I called corperate and got transferred to the store I complained about to yet again sit on hold for another hour till I figured out what happened
Best buy does not monitor or even own this, Google does. I would write a letter or try their customer service number or even try a store manager.
