This Albertsons has to deal with a lot of shoplifting so the manager is also a 2nd security guard. The east exit door closest to Crenshaw is a thieves dream. Corporate Albertsons you need to arrest these thieves and when you do take a picture of the shoplifter POST IT ON A WALL FOR EVERYONE TO SEE. Also your the biggest lease holder on the lot wheres the external lot security making friends?. Walmart closed because of excessive shoplifting I'd hate to see this Albertsons close to I'd rather have these thieves fighting a Case.
Unfortunately i just did my shopping and came out the time's I've been I did not need customer service . The staff was friendly/ but thats been years ago now i don't know might have changed
Gertel It is that people don't confront Management at the Crenshaw Store. I have had problems at other Albertsons and I found the Manger and they took care of it. I have haven't had any problem at the Crenshaw Store, but I don't shop there because I don't like the selection of food items and I don't like the parking situation one way in, one out. It is fence in to prevent any escapes from robbers. It is like a prison.
Not enough clerks to guide and answer questions ...I never see team work nor the Mgr. Helping....
Their customer service has always sucked and I believe it will never get any better. They have laid off, if not transferred, many of the cashiers and courtesy clerks. They are really short staffed.
Your guess is as good as mine I don't find the service to be all that bad nor do I find it to be all that good but it's just like everything else I can see why you complaining
A number of things come into play. These days there seems to be a shortage of courtesy clerks (baggers) so the cashier does the grocery bagging, then the time it takes to check out with a debit card that has the chip. Just stay away from the short lady with glasses, usually working the express lane closest to the door. On days where that chicken is on sale the lines are always terrible.
Lines always too long and the manager really don't seem to care
