Hello! Is it allowed to go swimming in the lake that runs along the park across from Mill Pond? Thanks!

As someone said there are a few spots that are shallow and you may be able to swim, but it's not something I would recommend since the water moves VERY quickly.

the white river runs next to the park...there are a few shallow swimming places but it is a very swift and cold river.
