Based on the definition of halal, their food is not halal. Singh's food originates from Trinidad and has a mix of curries, stews, fish, various meat, and and shrimp. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well.
I doubt it. But they have vegetarian and/or shrimp which is really good on it's own without meat.
