Not understanding why this is a 24hr store and it’s closed but all the lights are on.

Very dismissive phamarcists. I had a really bad encounter with a pregnant Asian pharmacist, unwilling to listen to my concerns. I filled a 30 day bottled on 3/30 and by 4/21 only one pill was left in the bottle. I tried to brought it to her attention and she just dismissed me as a liar. My concerns was about therapeutic proper treatment since I didn't get the full treatment. She just dismissed me as Iiar since her computer said the bottle had 30 pills in it. Also I noticed an Asian Male pharmacist who is very rude to the customers and was screaming at a black pharmacy tech. The location is great and that's the only good thing about that place.

I am not a pharmacy user which seems to be the biggest opportunity in this location, so my review is from a non-pharmacy user poi to of view. I like there is plenty of parking in this location. The aisles are ample, the shelves are full, good inventory which you can’t see in other CVS in the area. I liked their grocery and beauty areas with lots of varieties. I don’t like that usually there are people asking for “spare cash” at the front. But in the good side they are pretty decent. They have a Santander bank ATM which is very convenient. Even though I have another CVS nearby, I prefer to invest a couple of minutes extra and coming here.

Deborah (Deb) you have the worst customer service. YOU NEED MORE TRAINING! I never had a problem doing multiple transactions at cvs. I wanted to use my extra bucks and I asked DEB if she could do separate transactions. She did two with 2 items each and she refused to do another one because there’s 3 more customers waiting in the line. She asked other employees to help her and sent me back to line to pay for 1 gel and 4 candy’s, I left the items there and she had the nerve to call me rude in front off a lot Customers. This was around 11:45 pm 02/17/2022. I would appreciate if the manager can take a look at the camera. Also I will be emailing CVS customer relations regarding this matter.
