By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts they have a drive-through they will leave you sitting in the drive-through for about 20 minutes without even coming to the intercom have an attitude to ask you what you need and everybody’s just sitting there while they’re inside dancing acting a fool and not attending to the customers while it took another 20 min to get my coffee n food but yet they want good pay ! SMH can’t even make a coffee right or attend to customers properly .

I only put three stars because at the end of the day you guys just throw away all the food you could just give it to the homeless change everything for your business and the homeless is not have to be hungry but the people really nice so that's why I give you three stars

It has gotten so much better there and the lady who takes orders plus the cash is super nice friendly professional fast etc that's my girl i forgot her name

It's been a long time since I had coffee in Boston. I went through the drive-thru and I was surprised to see that people were walking up to the window ordering things . I didn't know if this was a new practice they had in place so when I drove up to the window I know the expression on my face must have made the cashier confused. Heck I was confused 😂 I ordered a decaf coffee the coffee was great . I also ordered a turkey sausage wake up wrap. Which was also good I would have gave them four stars but like I said people walk in on the site with a drive-thru is pretty weird and dangerous. I also didn't give them four stars it's because it took a while for me to get my food.
