hi I have a reservation for an adult for 8/30 at noon can I change that to 11:00 and add a three year old also (ticket) please help I tried calling and cannot reach anyone. Thanks

Their website says that you can not exchange times. I'm sure you could just buy one for the 3 year old for the same time though.

So sorry, not sure but your question doesn't seem like they won't be able to accommodate you. I would show up at 11:00am with your 3 year (who may not have to pay) and explain. They are very reasonable.
