An ebt, or electronic benefits card, is ID enough to get you the $4 entrance rate. Suggesting the carrier of such a card buy a yearly pass isnt as helpful as one,might think- they are low income, and need that money for food and rent. That's why the program was formed, so residents could enjoy cultural sites at an accessible cost.
Yes It's 2..they do it everyday with an ebt card.. the museum of science is free with it..Children museum, Fine Arts and many more are 2-3 dollars each up to 4 people
