Everytime I go to this WAL-MART STORE, and it's 1-2hours before closing. This is how it is, with 15 people in 1 open Cashier Line, and there will be 5 employees just leaning up against the wall and talking for, I've seen, 1 hour+ at a time. In the meantime, Customers are leaving there Karts just sit there full of groceries, and leave the Wal-Mart Store. I've Complained about this Several times, and the MANAGEMENT, of SUPERVISORS JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS ARE WALKING OUT, WITHOUT GROCERIES AND VERY UPSET!!! Terrible Customer Care Support at this WAL-MART STORE. Go South on 27th Street for maybe 2 miles, and there's a 24 hour WAL-MART STORE, with excellent Customer Care. TRY THIS 24 HOUR WAL-MART, and YOU WILL STOP GOING TO THE WALMART ON 27th and OHIO St. It's about 2 miles south on 27th Street from this WAL-MART STORE and it will be on the right hand side of the road. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!🙏😉👍🙏
This Wal Mart you're speaking of is no better. Customer Service is horrible especially Customer Service Department. If you have an hour or more to spare stand in line and wait to cash a check.. Get a money order etc. While people with key's around their necks which I assume are leads or supervisors twirl their keys instead of stepping up and helping. IT'S HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
Tbh i used to work there and to run a register u have to have cashier numbers. Also most of the cashiers there are minors and have to leave at 10 due to policy. Another thing to consider is the fact that this Wal-Mart has a strict no overtime rule unless u get permission so u can't really stay to much longer than your time or u could get a attendance point. And somtimes if u check out one person everyone comes even if u say I'm closed. But yes they do need more night people
