No they do not. The only hand written checks taken are the checks customers write to pay for their transaction. Checks have to be type printed with the exception of money network checks.
They do cash personal checks
I don't think that they will Cash a Personal Check. They Cash ; Tax Return Checks, Your Work Check but you'll need to set it up with WAL-MART, and they'll make you give them your S.S.#. , and I think that is about it for Cashing Checks. WAL-MART, years back, used to cash alot more Checks, but after all of the FRAUD, they almost stopped cashing all Checks.
I would call up there not sure on that
I believe they still do cash personal checks but only up to a certain amount.
