Are reservations required on a Saturday event or is it first come first serve? Are the bathrooms open on Saturday for the month of June.

The bathrooms are always open. And yes, it's first come first serve basis.

To my knowledge, it is first come, first serve year round. I've never seen the bathrooms locked during daylight hours. I recommend calling the Santa Clara County Parks Service for the most accurate answer.
