Is it me or is this happening to others? As of late the service is slipping a bit. The wait on orders dining in are taking an unusual longer amount of time. Once the meal does arrive various items are cold or lacking the quality they once had.

Definitely, noticed it when I ate there and the few times I delivered as an Uber Eats driver. Our server was using her phone in plain sight of me which I wouldn’t have minded honestly if her service had been decent(and even then, it would’ve been better to do it out of sight of customers)but texting in plain sight while were waiting on silverware is definitely not a good look.

Good to hear. I agree. Not all but some servers. Plenty of servers standing in back and texting and or socializing with others and not enough attention being paid to the customer. Also, for the price, the quality and quantity of the food has been lacking and why cold coffee? No excuse for that. The place has a good vibe and pleasant atmosphere so I'll continue to go but now that more people are coming back to in door dining it's time to make yourself shine again not lack what made you good in the first place.
