Tonight my mother and girlfriend and I drove 14 miles to eat steak n shake. Chilli was awesome in taste. The issue was it was served sloppy my mom's chilli wasn't even in a cup it was in salad bowel. He bowel was dirty.

Food can be good but the service is almost always less than par had burnt meat last time I went .its just a hamburger not that hard

Never have had that problem there..they always serve it in that type of bowl. But never had a dirty dish problem. I hope you made them take it back or off your bill...
