Last few times I've come here were... disappointing. Feels more like a fast food chain and less like fast casual. Servers are gone, table supplies and condiments are gone, and I've had to request basic things like spoons for shakes. Sad.

Burger and Shake was good ! Customer Service terrible I was under the impression of my meal being a certain price but when I got to the window I was misquoted because I wasn't given my price of the meal prior to pulling up to the window. The cashier just was nasty all the way around about the matter. I paid $12 for a burger & shake with no fries absolutely not worth the price! Probably will no longer consider S&S for my late night craving especially without a coupon. I strongly recommend the young lady at the register tonight work on her people skills. The next customer may not be as kind as me.

This Steak-N-Shake was amazing. I was with the television crew that was filming in Springfield and I needed a late night meal for around 50 people and this location could not have been more helpful. I called early and they helped me work through the best options for our specific needs. The food was ready when we needed it, packaged perfectly, and was a HUGE hit with our crew. Thank you again for showing how great the people of Springfield are!

Haven't been to Springfield Steak n Shake in a few years because bad service. Went through the drive thru today about 2:30 p.m. Fast, friendly service and the whole order was right. Kudos Steak n Shake👏 I would love to start coming back
