Slow roasted pork topped with relish. Just the right ratio and portion on a soft steamed bum. Very delicious. I'm not generally a pork bar b que person, it was a specific reason, the special was a bonus. This one won me over. Enjoy
Ellen answered your question perfectly. THE most important part is that we prepare everything in our kitchen. We buy fresh hams, season and slow roast them. Sliced pork is hen steeped in the pork broth and we offer our own relish and jalapeño relish toppings or plain for the Pork BBQ purist!
