Going to spare you the long story, but I had a rough time switching from Straighttalk to At&t. Had a huge issue with the port trying to keep my old number. Jared F (Store Team Lead) went above and beyond to help me sort it all out. Between multiple phone conversations between both service providers and making sure I left with a working number, I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I received from him. Stopped in to inquire about switching to AT&T from our old carrier. Both associates greeted my wife and I as we entered the Shavertown store. Kate came over to us after she was done with her customer. She was absolutely amazing! She told us all about the plans and got us switched to AT&T in about an hour. She was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process of setting up an new account, picking plans, porting our phone numbers over, and transferring the data from our old phones to the new ones.
