What can anyone do about cats running in my street

Try and capture them and go to the Animal Welfare League and see if they will take them

Call Small World cat rescue in Girard They may be able to tell you what to do

Trap them ,take them to TNR cat clinic in Warren to be spayed . Then release them back to your neighborhood.
