The best place ever! The pets there were so clean and the place didn’t smell at all. I went there to see the bunny they had available and he was the nicest and friendliest bunny I have ever meant! He was already potty trained and loved being pet. The staff was super nice and helpful and didn’t make me wait long to see the bunny. Overall love this place and will be coming back!

We adopted our cat there, plenty of really helpful staff and well taken care of animals. They need donations of food and toys, as well as monetary donations through the link on their website! Recommended for anyone looking for an animal!

Unbelievably clean. The animals are well taken care of. Volunteers and workers are very friendly. Great facility for all types of animals waiting to get adopted. Love the store and how it benefits the AWL. Got my last cat there and he is totally awesome!

These folks are absolutely a pleasure to work with. Facility very clean. Staff knowledgeable and very patient with potential adopters. Although I didn't adopt that day I will go back. Keep up the good work The pets and public appreciate you!

I do not have dogs to give up for adoption. I want to adopt
Try and catch the cats in a cage or box with cans of wet cat food then take them to the animal shelter or call Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County and see if they can take some or all of them. Or call Animal Control to come and gather them up. Then call the authorities on the park management for what they r asking the ppl to do that live there!!! You are right it is illegal & DISGUSTING!!!!
Yes. We have a low cost spay/neuter program. Just call the shelter and ask for Diane or Gwen. They can get you started on the process.
There's a great rescue F5RS if youre looking to adopt a bunny! They do really amazing work. They are typically at boardman petsmart on Saturdays. But visit they're Facebook page for more info
Yes, AWL has an education coordinator who will go out to school for their PAC (Pet Awareness Class) program.
Thank you so much for your interest. Volunteers are so very much needed . They are the key to our success. The shelter is open tues thru sat from noon to 6. Please go there to fill out an application. You will be scheduled for an orientation.
They might or you could just ask them if you can drop it off & then they will fix it, vaccinate it, microchip it, then put it up for adoption
We do have volunteers. We currently are not taking new volunteers but hope to start again soon. You can find the volunteer application on our website.
You can view all our adoptable dogs at https://www.awlrescueme.com/adopt/adopt-dogs/. Feel free to call the shelter with additional questions! 330-539-5300.
Check out our website www.awlrescueme.com for our available animals. Gully is about 8 months old and solid black.
Yes we do. You can drop it off at the shelter Tuesday and Thursday noon to 7p, Saturday noon to 6pm.
Yes they do and I think they're looking for some now they helped me out with dog food And a spade and neuter love dogs I get them five stars they're the best if I could give them or I would
I believe as long as you ask before u do it tho. Not sure if they require a shot record of pets. I hope they would do to different doggie diseases this is to keep all pets safe
I think you have to pay a little yearly fee which will get you access to their park.
AWL has a income based low cost spay/neuter program. For the month of March dogs are $60 and cats are $40. You can call the shelter (330-539-5300) to qualify and get signe up Tuesday - Saturday.
I think they do a few times a years. Check their fb or call them for info
Call animal control to take cat to a warm shelter. Its better than outside. Or maybe take the cat to a shelter yourself.
Try and capture them and go to the Animal Welfare League and see if they will take them
You can call them and if they have room they will set up a time you can drop off staff there is very helpful
Give them a call and see if they can do it there is a wonderful outdoors walking area and I am sure your 11 and 12year olds would like it the facility is a great place who knows your little ones might find a new friend or a start on a life long journey with shelters and or animals there is also a place to check out larger animals close by
You have to go look they have cats dog all different kinds of animals
You could try calling Loving Pet Memorials in Hubbard. Phone,3305344965
Call and ask them. Don't forget you can volunteer too! My granddaughter volunteers and she's only 7 years old!
They don't do euthanasia services for public.
Last month I did see some kind of parrot type bird in an exam room. You just have to call them. Just depends on what animals are turned in or seized in cruelty seizures. But always check because it's better to adopt than shop!
If 14 or 15 years of age they have be a accompanying by a parent or guardian. If they are 16 or 17 years of age require a sign release from a parent or guardian.
You can volunteer here but,if want a job you should call or stop by to ask.
I am not sure alot of places frown on that. But why return the dog and get another?
I know they take volunteers but not sure about actual jobs. I would call or visit.
Call them and explain the situation. They may have room so that he is not euthanized.
Nope
Yes, they only let you adopt once the kitten is fully spayed, and vaccinated.
