If you are staying at Buttonwood Campground then you are welcome to use the launch at Juniata River Adventures and it is free. Just please make sure you have your Buttonwood car pass showing in your window. The launch is not open to the public for anyone to use if you are not staying at Buttonwood Campground. There is state launch called walker access just one mile down river from Juniata River Adventures and right beside Buttonwood Campground.

If you mean while camping there, yes. You could pay for shuttle service only if needed.
