I'm sure they do...salads, maybe egg dishes, there are alternatives for sides. Staff is very accommodating and helpful; I'd almost say if I the neighborhood stop in and ask.
They don't use croutons on their salads, they have omelets and serve breakast all day. And several entrees, while not specifically labeled gluten-free, by their nature shouldn't have gluten, like steak or fish with veggies and baked or mashed potates.
