One carry-on luggage (22 x 10 inches and on personal bag to fit under the seat in front of you. If you paid to bring a "service animal" with you, that is NOT in addition, but replaces the personal bag. TSA has separate rules for liquids. Items with Li-ion batteries are currently allowed on the plane, but not in checked luggage.
