They were talking about this last night. They do take Ids like the Passport cards, and yes out of State Ids. However there was a debate last night over out of country Ids. One of the staff was told that Canadian Ids were accepted, yet another Staff was told no non USA Ids.
The law states you can purchase up to an ounce of marijuana. You are allowed to consume in the privacy of your own home. You cannot consume in public or in your vehicle just like alcohol. You're allowed to travel in your car from the dispensary to your home as long as its not more than ounce and you put it in the trunk of your vehicle. If your from out of state you can still purchase up to an ounce, what you cant do is travel pass state lines with it. That's illegal.

Ok so the law says that anyone over the age of 21 can purchase marijuana in Massachusetts, I dont want to say I'm 100 % positive that you can but I think the chances are good, but in any case give them a call and they will answer any questions
