Has anyone been able to utilize the preorder page on an android device? All I get is a blank screen when the page loads

Happens sometimes to me and if i refresh the page it usually re loads right away but sometimes slowly...

I've tried on my Galaxy S7 for the past month and a half every few days, and the landing page for the menu always shows up blank. The same thing is happening on my chromebook, which is only 6 months old. Any advice on how to get the page to load properly?
