Why is it that your prices are higher than other supermarket . Who can afford to by one Persimmon for $2.50? Or chestnuts at $9.00 a pound ? REALLY ? And your prices always goes up around the Holidays . Yor store is in Derby ! not in Beverly Hills!

Prices are going to be high everywhere. What i will say as an aldi shopper for the bulk of my grocery list shoprite is a very close second with friendly customer assistants and great deals on alot of family favoeites. Also shoprite has a wonderful selection of foreign seasonings and foods that are unattainable in other grocery store. By the way they have arm&hammer deodorant on sale $.77 this week 4 pack of sweet cream butter $1.88 to name a few !

I can't speak for their Persimmons or chestnuts but, as far as prices they are much cheaper than other grocery stores in the area.
