Can anyone adequately describe WHEN the buffet is? I just called the restaurant and some guy with a thick accent mumbled something ..lunch time and only dinner....? and he didn't seem interested in making himself clearer when I tried to clarify.

Lunch is when they have the buffet. And dinner is like a restaurant style where you order menu items. I hope this is helpful :)
