I was disappointed that J.C. Penny didn't have much to offer this year. The advertising drew me in but when I got there, the stores merchandise was picked over and I saw no sales. J.C. Penny did not deliver for me. My plan was to only shop there. Instead I had to go other places to find the things I wanted.

No I don't think they carry eye glasses.
They have a very nice jewelry dept. I like the one in Southland Mall the best. 💓😎🌴
