Yes there are 2 patios that are pet friendly. 1 is completely covered so if it's raining you are still set. We even have water bowls!
In the beer garden or patio, yes, but not inside.
My advice would be leave the dog at home he'll be there when you get home they may let you on the patio but I don't really know I know they're not going to let your dog inside
