Most of the time I don't have any problems when ordering from Dominos except recently. Lately the customer service is going downhill where they are rushing to get our orders done without making sure the orders are done correctly before telling us complete or its ready. Within the 2 specialty pizzas I ordered the 1 topping or 1 ingredient that's missing is the CHEESE. If this pizza was prepared completely blank where its just bread with sauce I would've just thrown it in the trash. The picture I'm showing is just proof of how the pizza I had is missing the cheese. This is literally the 1st time in my lifetime I ever had pizza without cheese on it. Yes I did report this with a furious complaint then went on the dominos website where it always asks for your feedback everytime you order with the person's name who prepared the pizza order. Minor things like missing 1 out of 2 dipping sauces is one thing, Preparing pizza without cheese is kinda like preparing Spaghetti with sauce without the ground beef. If I ever have any of my orders not done correctly again I'll try another Dominos in the area as that's a slim chance, High chance of just canceling Dominos all together for other places I can go to for Pizza or Have some pizza at home to put in the oven / microwave.

I ordered 2 medium pizza online for delivery. You could taste the undone dough in both of them and one of the pizzas was made wrong.

The Worst pizza place ever I came all way from Florida the same address, they couldn’t find it , the funny thing she call me and she said she is knows that area well but the address I gave her was wrong I said ok as long as I know it , waiting…. An hour and 30 minutes I called the supervisor is very rude she hung on me 3 times and she makes an excuse with the network, any ways …,
