On wednesdays they have trivia and it gets crowded but on most other nights you would probably be fine. You can call ahead.
Can I take out?
I'm not sure if reservations are required/accepted, but I'm sure there will be a wait for a table. The space isn't very big.
Thursday and Friday can also get crowded.
