Food was on point, waiter was attentive. We ordered the lemon pepper half chicken with mac n cheese and onion rings. Mac n cheese was decent and the onion rings were great along with the corn bread which was really good. I will be back

We paid about $100 for two. We had 2 entrees, one side, one appetizer, and 4 drinks. Soul food spot. We had to wait about 15 min for table. There is a small lot for parking- but if that is full there is a church to park at across the street. Very close to the Georgia World Congress Center and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. You can walk to the restaurant from there. Pros: The food was great! Everything is made fresh... no canned yams, no canned greens, real potatoes and real vegetables. I got the pretzels and queso, fried catfish with Mac and cheese, yams, and a side of greens. (📸) Plenty of TV's and hookah available for purchase. Hookah at normal Atlanta prices. Cons: The tables are too close to each other. I understand trying to maximize profit- but it's uncomfortable when you can reach across and touch the other party. Something to consider in a pandemic. Also, we need a premium Spotify membership people. Customers do not want to hear random ads between songs. It's less than $20/month. We waited a long time for food. About normal for a popular Atlanta food spot though. Would I Go Again/Recommend: Yes. I would go again but order take out. You're really not missing much from the ambience. I would dine in again once the pandemic calms down.

Man oh man was this place a 10! The food was amazing and service was amazing. Food was hot & fresh and came out quickly. This is soul food at your grandma's house type cooking. A must try and if you don't, I will be trying it over and over again. FYI... the cornbread will melt in your mouth 😋

Horrible service. Waited over 2 hours and never received our food. Manager on duty is Mercedes. Entire staff was incompetent and lacked customer service. I highly recommend going somewhere else Update: The manager reached out to me and offered to replace the meal I never received. He apologized and explained the situation. Hopefully I can give this restaurant another chance moving forward as they really do appreciate their customers. Thanks
