Having pants below body parts no matter what condition they have gives no one the right to show their draws in a restaurant. Just saying A resturant is suppose to have standards health wise just like anyone else. Class goes a long ways.

I politely addressed a medical situation with you concerning this employee. I will not go into their private restrictions with you on here or anywhere else but I will say his "draws" better stated as underwear were not showing. Your attitude wad way worse than sagging pants. And we do not allow sagging pants in our place of employment but I understand when someone is going through medical conditions and have a significant weight loss and still trying to work their job goes along ways. If you cannot understand this farewell.
