Breakwater ATC is strictly medical. In New Jersey, recreational marijuana usage is still illegal. As Luis explained, it's a highly overseen process, which is excellent for patients because that ensures the quality remains maximized and it's purity guaranteed. If you have a qualifying condition, it will take about 3 mo. to: establish a relationship with a NJ MMP licensed physician, clean your body of any 'street' marijuana (uranalysis is used to ensure you're clean of it - ironic, right? lol so no smoking), then apply to the state, get approved, pay for your registration fee, and then finally you will get your physical license in the mail in 7-10 business days. At this point, you can contact you home ATC and make that initial appointment. After the initial appointment, you can walk in and purchase any time, up to the quantity limit of your prescription. Truthfully, it's a damn headache... especially when you have cancer and time isn't on your side... But, for now, that's how it's done.
