Just go there. Even if you are a new patient you can just go without an appointment. I hope you have already went since it is 3 weeks but for anyone else who is new and sees this JUST GO. If this is helpful please hit the like button below Thanx

You should definitely email, I am a current patient and since the beginning of the pandemic, the phones have been VERY difficult to reach anyone on. There are almost always people in the store, which doesn't leave much time for phone calls.
