It is a touch free car wash...so your license plate would probably have been very loose already so not sure what you can expect from them...do you mean you lost the plate and hope it is there??
Yes call during the day, there are staff there, though they may not answer the phone and you might have to drive back the the car wash and speak to someone in person.
KiHi Top Hat Car Wash owner, I sent a family member there and she was told that someone picked up my plate 2 days ago but before my sister went I hadn't sent anyone there. The attendant could not find it when she went. I really would like to get this resolved today so that I can drive up from NY to pick it up myself. I have called there over 30 times and no one ever answers the phone. Pls help! Thank You, Jenny
