No, notbat all. Hook Mt., Runs along Nyack State Park, trails along the Hudson River in Upp Nyack continuing to Congers Lake. There are day trails for hiking all the way to Haverstraw, however, no camping. Hope this helps.
Hiking along the Hudson River for miles is glorious. No camping though. If you're looking for camping on the river try Croton Point Park. A huge park on the East side of the river.
