Over the weekends reservation is better as the place heta crowded. During weekdays it shotild be ok.
You pay there. Busy times are Friday and Saturday nights. Thats when most companies do their banquets and they have certain lanes booked just for them. Tuesday is the slowest day.
You might want to call ahead about laser tag, but just go there otherwise. On busy nights, there is a long wait for bowling, but I don't think they even take reservations for that.
