The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a great breakfast bar. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, and more. I'd stay here again on my next trip. Would recommend.

positives: location, clean rooms, they had a spinner game at check-in and i won 500 points, much appreciated! Lady at the checkout was nice. Negatives: staff at check-in was too cool for his job to greet properly or behave professionally! Well dressed but seems he had little training what's he's there for! I had a work visit that morning and was very tried, yet we had to change our room about half an hour later after realized our sink had boiling temperature water for hand-wash!!! My daughter's finger burned (mildly) and she reported to me. Breakfast: no bread, no jelly, my 8.5 yo eats PB& J toast, this is the first time ever I go to a hotel w breakfast and they have no bread, there was PB but no J. I asked the lady : " no bread?!!!", she said " I know!!!" , again lack of proper training shows itself. Pool: there was no towel in the pool, had to go to the laundry room to get some, pool walls so dirty, kids were engraving their names with their nails. Again, lack of good management shows it. Conclusion: clearly incompetent or careless management. I had to stay there because it was closest after my work appointment. However, Bonvoy or for that matter Hilton offer so many other choices in the area, at the same level of cost. Avoid if you can. I probably won't choose this one ever again. What hotel runs out of bread and doesn't know it???

Positive: Beds were comfortable. Room was large with positive features -- microwave, mini fridge, kitchenette. Close to restaurants and shopping. Relatively easy to get to from highway. Front desk staff (when available) was helpful and friendly. Negative: Curtains had mold on the bottom, desk was scratched, hair in the corner of the bathroom and shower. Couch was worn and sagging. Breakfast was a bit lacking, prepackaged sandwiches, etc. TV didn't work consistently.

Customer service here is terrible. If you have a corcen they talk to you like they really could care less. They do not have 24 coffee!!! They still claim it is because of Covid ??? Really The rooms have several issues with maintenance not being done. I have stayed here out of necessity several times and each time there has been serious issues. Hair in my Bed sheets, urine and hair on the back of the toilet and loose or broken parts in the bathroom.I do not recommend spending your money here on a Hotel that could less about your stay, only your money. Customer service.... The worst.

It was very cold. However, I did just speak with the manager and she assured me this issue will be corrected! I had a bad experience, but she definitely took the time out and made it right!
