The room was fine but the over night staff at the front desk needs to improve their customer service. I just wanted to upgrade my room and know if there was a kitchen in the upgraded room but she just left me on hold for 12 mins before I hung up. And then I went downstairs to talk face to face with someone and there was no one available.

Positive: Proximity to me meeting location and...it's cleanliness, comfort, & friendly staff. The atmosphere was calm & healthy. Negative: Spot on the ceiling indicated there was some sort of water damage, probably some years ago. Despite the repair & paint, the stained drywall bleed through.It was just something I noticed, but the ceiling was not cracked or broken.

Positive: The amenities and how quiet the stay was. The hot tub didn¿t work though. Negative: The tub in the room was stuck in shower mode and one of the sheets had a cigarette hole in it. The shades had tape over the cut areas and on some places of the couch were unexplained white spots and obvious food stains. Not the cleanest.

Service was ok but rooms are dated and in disrepair. My room had the HVAC system right by the bed and boy was it noisy. It also blew air on the bed causing me to turn it off completely (I don't like air blowing one while sleeping). Bed was like sleeping on a park bench but I have found Marriott to favor way-firm beds so wasn't surprised, but this one was cinder block like. Left 2 nights early and went somewhere else because of this.

Yes but they are not consistent with pricing. We were told that we would receive about $300 back for pet incidentals upon check out. The refund was never issued and the manager told us that two separate employees mistakenly quoted us the price.
