Do the tool chests and cabinets go on sale, since you can't use coupons?

If the tool chest aren't on sale and there is a 20% or 25% coupon on the book you can use it, my husband just bought a HUGE black one and we used the 25% on the book. Normally they have BIG sales around this time of year. There are some coupons that do specify tool boxes are not included, but we have used some on various tool boxes.
