The deli case has a lot of dairy free and gluten free options. Two cookies, the jam dot and PBO are dairy free and gluten free. Salads can be made dairy and gluten free. Sandwiches can be made dairy free. Pizza's can be made dairy free too. Accommodations can be made for most items.
I saw some salads that were gluten-free but I’m not sure about dairy-free too.

Stay away from pizzas, breads and desserts (mostly). Some of their menu rotates so depending on how do they prepare, salads, soups and farm+market would be your friend
They have a few gluten free options. I'm not a big salad eater but everytime I go I have one. The salad might work for the dairy free option.
