This relationship manager named Nick really went above and beyond. I was there to open an bank account at 12:30 pm on Saturday. He was friendly and passionate about explaining everything to us despite of him working non-paid overtime til 1:30pm. I highly recommend this guy.

I've had excellent service here with a variety of different requirements. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They've suggested services that saved me a lot of money. The home equity experience hasn't been great and I miss the old drive through banking or I'd score a 5.

This is the worst bank in the USA or maybe even in the world. I am not about this particular branch bat about Bank of America entirely. Tody I'll go to this branch and ask to close all my checking and saving accounts. I have already opened accounts in US Bank.

ALAVIEH no wonder why you are a disrespectful person trying to argue to your customers and with the way you talked to me was so unprofessional. You must have a big problem with your personality not being happy, doesn't care about people's feeling and not understanding what customer service means? I just read the same bad experience of Cristal Carillo with you from last year and bad enough you have done it AGAIN. Hope you're able to sleep at night 'coz no one deserves that attitude you're bringing out especially if you've worked there in a while. Please be warned at this branch for her and hope management is reading this. 'One customer well taken care of could be more valuable than an employee with whom you cannot change and who doesn't see an issue in their words and actions!'
