Heck yes! Some of my best childhood memories are in that museum!
With out question. Stop by the "discovery center" and the blue wing on level 2 for "science in the park."
They will enjoy every bit of it. Young ones sometimes find the lightning show scary so if you do take them to see it just be mindful of a quick exit in case they get scared.
Yes it is good for their ages.
No, sometimes but yo face.
I am about to become 64 years old. I was born in this area, in Cambridge Massachusetts. I still have childhood memories of Spooky the Great Horned Owl, (a long time ago I was given an Opera length glove, and an owl handler standing right behind me called him, and Spooky landed on my arm!) the snakes and reptiles (I got to hold a few!), the "lightning theater" (spectacular!), and especially the planetarium. It's a wonderful place to bring children! I have been interested in the sciences all of my life because of the Museum of Science, Boston, Massachusetts.
Its a great time
I have six year old twin boys and they loved it! Lots of hands on exhibits.
Lots of fun things to do! Most of the exhibits are hands on and built like short games. Theres also an Imax and planetarium for when you need a break and just want to watch something.
Most definitely
