Irrespective of temple open timings, God will be ready only after 11am and after 5pm.
They usually do not change except weather conditions Mon-Fri 9am-12pm 5:30pm-9pm Sat, Sun and Holidays 9am-9pm July 4 comes in holidays
Better to avoid between 12 to 4. Though on weekends it's open from 9 to 9. I assume 4th July would be a weekend schedule but can't be sure..
