Just wondering. If my father buys a place in the park, would I be allowed to live at the residence, I'm 44 and disabled

Considering the fact they wouldn't allow me and my husband to move in with my step dad when my mom passed, at the time we were reaching our 50's, then I doubt it. It is a very strictly 55 and over park. I know for a fact your name has to be on the title of the home also, to reside there.
