My grand3 passed away. They padlocked her house that she owned. Went there to clean it. The manager told us we were trespassing. Had to go to her furenal that day. Called the cops on us. The cops could not bel3 how the manager was acting. …Please take the time to familiarize yourself with Oregon Landlord - Tenant Law as it pertains to the death of a resident living alone in a manufactured housing community. The statute is ORS 90.425 (20) and you will find that Greenway has followed the these statutes. The statute also states that any individual claiming the estate is required to provide to Greenway proof that you are entitled to the estate and show a current ID. Instead, you decided to break into the home in order to gain entrance. Greenway called the Dallas Police in an effort to protect the home and it's contents.

There are no RV rental spots in Green Way mobile home park... It's basically a 55 and older retirement community
Considering the fact they wouldn't allow me and my husband to move in with my step dad when my mom passed, at the time we were reaching our 50's, then I doubt it. It is a very strictly 55 and over park. I know for a fact your name has to be on the title of the home also, to reside there.
This is a manufactured home park. The people here own their homes and pay a monthly lot rent. There are a few places for sale here, for about $40,000.00.
As long as the renter or owner is 55 or older I believe so
