They are open with signs outside saying to wear masks.
Yes . There are two restrooms available. I use the one located on the first parking lot area and smaller playground. Not as crowded. Cleaner. Plenty of soap and toilet supplies. The second one near walk and bike trails very crowded. Heavily used. Lots more traffic. Lots of kids and adults in that area.
